Using Kapwing To Enhance School Video Announcements For the past 3 school years I have been using a video editing software called Kapwing . It has enhanced the culture of our building by allowing me to create easy, exciting, and engaging video announcements. Before I get into all of the perks of Kapwing let me first start with the role I play at my school. I have served as the digital literacy and technology specialist for my school grade 3-5. The idea of making announcements was thrown around by me and my administrator and this is how my journey with video announcements began. I started with just doing a one take video and sharing it with the teachers to show in their classrooms. I decided I wanted to explore software that would allow me to add multiple layers to my videos; like music, gifs and text.
